On 9th April, the cloud signing ceremony of Central and Eastern Europe Science and Technology Innovation Centre was held at Qingdao International Economic Cooperation Zone. The project was introduced by Qingdao Centre for Business & Commerce (Hong Kong), with Foreign Investment Promotion Centre of Qingdao West Coast New Area, Administrative Committee of QIECZ and Central and Eastern Europe-China Science and Technology Exchange Association working together to integrate the international and domestic resources, bringing European enterprise of advanced technologies in the fields of big data, online education, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence, etc. to Qingdao West Coast New Area.

Qingdao International Economic Cooperation Zone has built the platform conducive to investment promotion and talents gathering based on the channels of commercial chambers and associations, boosting development through reconstruction of global resources and elements. The cooperation project with ZBJ IPR to build the pan-northeast Asia regional platform of IPR big data has been put into operation to promote the aggregation and interconnection of various IPR resources. The first platform economic project in the Free Trade Zone (Qingdao) Area, JCHL Shandong province new economic development and innovation cooperation regional headquarters project is established and will gather more than 300 platform enterprises, forming a cumulative output value of more than 150 million yuan, achieving remarkable results of clustering and industrial chain investment promotion.
