“This is QIECZ” is a special program coproduced by QIECZ and Qingdao Economic Radio. In this episode, Andre Niebler, Youth Training Director and Liu Bingyan, Director of German Affairs from German Football Asian Base were invited to the live broadcast and talked about German Football Asian Base.
Andre Niebler was born in Germany in October 1989. He was once the U21 head coach and U23 assistant coach for FC Augsburg after 2015. He has served as Youth Training Director of German Football Asian Base since 2018.
German Football Asian Base is co-developed by Deutscher Fussball-Bund, GIZ and Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark. According to their cooperation agreement, Deutscher Fussball-Bund and GIZ will jointly set up a base and introduce the German training system in Sino-German Ecopark to train and produce high caliber football teachers for schools and sports colleges.
