On July 3, 2022, Qingdao Xinci innovative technology project officially started production in Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark. The Qingdao Xinci innovative technology project was invested and constructed by Beijing Zhigan Duheng Technology Co., Ltd., specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of diesel engine particulate matter sensor chips. Particulate matter sensors and nitrogen oxygen sensors self-produced by the project can cover all domestic car types. The R&D, manufacturing, testing and logistics platform built by this project in Sino-German Ecopark will carry out sensor chip manufacturing, testing, calibration and packaging, and build a production line integrating chip manufacturing, packaging and testing. After the project is put into production, the production capacity of domestically produced sensor chips will be 200,000 sets every year, and 150 jobs will be provided. At present, 16 sets of core chip manufacturing equipment in the first stage have been set in place, and 24 sets of equipment in the second stage assembly line are expected to be in place in September.

It is reported that due to the impact of the epidemic, the investor could not come to Qingdao for on-site inspection. Sino-German Ecopark promoted itself online and live broadcast for the investor to check the workshop. The investor introduced the project and its technological process online. The two parties finally reached a cooperation intention. At the end of May, the person in charge of the project signed a framework cooperation agreement when he visited the park for the first time, and then signed an investment cooperation agreement on June 6. The project started production on July 3. Negotiation, signing, landing, and production of the project was completed only in a little more than a month.
