The opening ceremony of semiconductor testing project of Wintech Nanotechnology and the completion of the biological vaccine and monoclonal antibody R&D project of Qingdao Yiwei Biotechnology were both held in Sino-German Ecopark, Qingdao Free Trade Zone. Both investments added new potential to the development of mayor industrial chains for integrated circuits and for genetic technology.

The event was jointly attended by Mr. LI Xiaomin, Chairman of Wintech Nanotechnology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.; Mr. ZHAO Shiyu, Deputy Secretary of the Working Committee and President of the Administrative Committee of Qingdao Free Trade Zone, Secretary of the Working Committee and President of the Administrative Committee in Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark, and Mr. ZHANG Yunqing, Vice President of the Administrative Committee of the Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark.

In the Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark the Wintech Nanotechnology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. will build a domestically leading semiconductor analysis and testing laboratory and headquarters for Northern China to provide material analysis, chip failure analysis and reliability testing services for integrated circuit companies. It is expected to be officially put into operation by the end of this year.

The total investment of the Biological Vaccine and Monoclonal Antibody project of Qingdao Yiwei Biotechnology is 500 million yuan, and it has received 60 million yuan investment from the Qianhai Fonds. The project adopts the most advanced international technology and equipment, the products are also the world-leading.
