Materials Needed

1.《Setting-up archival filing Declaration Commitment of Foreign-Funded Enterprise》which is signed by all  investors of the foreign-funded enterprise (or all promoters of the  foreign-funded joint stock limited company )or the authorized representatives

2.The certifications that the relevant documents could be signed by the  designated  mandatary who is  authorized by the investors of the foreign-funded enterprise, which including the letter of the authorization and the identification of the mandatary( The certifications will not be needed when the investors sign the documents themselves)

3.Notarization and Authentication of Investor

4.Copy of the company name approval notice

5.Letter of Authorization for Designated Representative or Common Agent

6.Natural person Identification of the legal representatives

Procedures

 If the project investors have the capability to fill in the Chinese template form, the form could be  signed&sealed by themselves; and after receiving the documents we will start the procedure of the online  declaration;

When the project investors can not fill in the chinese form, based on the information that the project side provided, we will fill in the form for them,and before the online daclaration procedure the form will be returned to  the project side and be signed&sealed.

Notes

If the original document is in foreign language, the chinese translation should be submitted at the same time. The foreign-funded enterprise or its investor should ensure that the content of the chinese translation is consistent with the  original content of the foreign language.
