The German Enterprise Centre Qingdao is piloting a new model, based on the original concept of the German Centre: the building is owned by Sino-German United Group, but operated by Qingdao Branch of the German Centre Shanghai. Thus, the Centre focuses on small- and medium-sized tenants from all over the world whose needs are similar. By constantly adjusting itself to the needs of Qingdao-based tenants, it will be growing into an international and open office building.
