Materials Needed

1.  Information Form of Name Pre-approval, the following information will be needed:
   Name of the proposed company, the amount of the total investment, registered capital and currency,  company type, operating period, business scope, investment information(the name of the investor, the type of the investor, country, the amount of the contribution, investment proportion), the name of the legal representative, nationality, passport number.

   
   

Procedures

The information will be provided by the project investors,  and we will complete the procedures of the "Company Name Pre-approval" on the website of the Administration for industry &commerce of Qingdao
