Currently, carrier projects that have been put into operation in the Zone approximately cover a land area of 200,000m2, including about 48,575.33m2 for the production project with an annual output of 15,000 vacuum circuit breakers, about  8,773.44m2 forthe R&D and production project of ecological organic membrane and water treatment system, approximately 66,614.86m2 for the production project of general and special instrument phase I and about 17,318.67m2 for phase II, about 17,025.19m2 for the production and supporting service platform project of distributed energy equipment, and about 60,143m2 for the Qingdao Sino-German Vocational Education Capability Center project. We have created a sound business environment in the Zone through high-standard property service, all-round risk control system, comprehensive operation, and intelligent factory area information system, with a view to building an industrial property operation and management model in accordance with the overall positioning of the Zone.
