1.Rent an Office

The Maker Center has formulated the Management Measures for the Maker Center, specifying that 100% of rent subsidies for the office premises will be given to a qualified enterprise for up to 36 months with     the standard of 6-8 m2 per person. The center carries out various activities such as entrepreneurship counseling, financial matchmaking, project roadshows and dialogue salons, and provides public consultation services and support regarding technological policy, industrial policy, project planning, finance, legal affairs, human resources, and intellectual property rights.

2. Rent a Factory

The Zone has built a variety of industrial factories to meet the needs of enterprises in production, research and development, pilot test, and office space. The enterprises have flexible methods of entry, including standard factory leasing, customized leasing (fully furnished) and other cooperation models. The Management Measures for Investment Attraction Carriers has been formulated, specifying that rent relief will be offered depending on the enterprise. The factory area has a Neighborhood Center, which provides catering, convenience stores, banks, transportation, shared electric vehicles, express delivery, vending machines and other functions for settled enterprises. There is also an Enterprise Service Center, which provides full life cycle services for settled enterprises, including settle-in and move-out procedures, property repair application, non-core business outsourcing, Fintech services, technology R&D services, policy services, intellectual property protection consulting and other services. Large job fairs, enterprise salons, enterprise association training and other activities are regularly organized to support enterprise growth.

3. Build a Factory

An enterprise can build its factory through independent construction or a construction agent. The enterprise needs to provide a project feasibility study report and the Zone will select the site and present suggestions on the site selection according to the Decisions on Implementing the Site Selection Process of Industrial Projects in Qingdao International Economic Cooperation Zone (Sino-German Ecopark) (No. 40 [2018] of Qingdao International Economic Cooperation Zone Administrative Committee), and then starts the procedures of project signing and registration, land bidding, auction, and listing.
