Sino-German Ecopark International Advisory Committee (Think Tank) is composed of 23 advisors, among whom 16 are from Germany and 7 are Chinese, includings Bernd Dallmann, founder and chairman of European Environmental Foundation; Heinrich von Pierer, former chairman of the board of Siemens; Klaus Toepfer, former Under-Secretary-General of UN; Otto Wiesheu, Bavaria's former Minister of Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology; Lu Qiutian, former Chinese ambassador to Germany; Lu Yonghua, former Chinese ambassador to Austria; Wu Zhiqiang, member of Chinese Academy of Engineering and ACATECH, etc.
The committee has one advisor on industry, one on sustainable development and one on art. It also invited two other experts to assist the committee. Since 2015, the committee has held five annual meetings.

Sino-German Ecopark International Advisory Committee was established in Qingdao in 2015. Since its inception, it has collected over 200 suggestions from experts, which are of great significance to the realization of the Ecopark’s energy-saving and environment protection goals. By putting the advanced theories and ideas of the think tank into practice, the development of the Ecopark has been remarkably accelerated.
