Effort has been made to integrate multiple planning matters into one. The eco-protection red line, the permanent farmland and urban development boundaries have been identified and strictly observed. Ecological protection has been strengthened to ensure that no less than 40% of the original topographic features and textures are preserved, trees as sources of bird fees are no less than 30%, and those indexes are incorporated into the regulatory plan.

A new city construction plan of  has been implemented on a trial basis based on German experiences. The planning and construction of the Future City has been launched; a city featuring German village style is being developed according the high quality construction standards 2.0, where a transport system for green mobility mainly supported by microtransit and slow traffic system is taking shape.

The greening restoration and improvement project covering 300,000 m2 and the bare soil covering project of 100,000 m2 have been completed. The first Sponge City Construction and Management Measures in the province have been formulated, and the first permeable and noise-reducing road was completed. The park system of the Ecopark is under construction to make the place a beautiful park city.
