Sinno-German Ecopark Green Construction Institute was established; Green and Ecological Construction Management Measures have been formulated. Whole-process technological review is done on the implementation of green and ecological requirements by projects in the Ecopark in seven stages including investment negotiation, land supply, plan examination, construction drawing review, project bidding, acceptance, operation and management.
The goal has been set to make sure that 100% of the buildings are green buildings. Green construction projects with a total land area of 3.5 million m2 are under construction. 80% of the buildings are above 2 stars.
DGNB sustainable building certification and PHI passive house certification system have been introduced from Germany. The project by C2 team has obtained the first DGNB regional certification in Asia. German Enterprise Centre, a DGNB certified platinum award project has been completed. Passive house technological center was completed and put into operation and has been certified by PHI. The main structure of the passive house demonstration community of 70,000 m2 has been completed. The first Asian Passive House Conference was held in the Ecopark.

National Building Industry Green Construction Demonstration Project Field Visit and National Passive House Conference Construction Site Visit were organized in the Ecopark.
