Qingdao-Europe Life Science Advanced Research Institute is a key project developed by the Qingdao West Coast New Area Administrative Committee and Qingdao BGI Gene Research Institute in Qingdao International Economic Cooperation Zone. With technology and talent support from Qingdao BGI Gene Research Institute and under cooperation with top scientific research institutes and colleges and universities in Europe, it seeks to develop innovative education and training models and promote scientific research innovation and industrial cooperation, so as to build a platform for bringing together enterprises, universities and research institutes to engage in doctoral student cultivation and innovation incubation. It also strives to develop the largest life-health scientific research and industrial talent cultivation base in Northeast Asia, to contribute to development of life health industry in Qingdao in terms of industry, science & technology and talent.
