On March 21, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ebara Environmental Project, invested and constructed by the world's top 500 manufacturing company Ebara Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., was held in Qingdao Free Trade Zone · Sino-German Ecopark. Ms. WANG Li, the deputy director of Qingdao Free Trade Zone Management Committee and executive deputy director of Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark Management Committee (International Economic Cooperation Zone), and Mr. ZHANG Yunqing, the deputy director of Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark Management Committee (International Economic Cooperation Zone), attended the event. 

Ebara Environmental Project has a total investment of USD 120 million and covers an area of 112 mu. The project takes "Improving water, air, and the environment to build a sustainable society" as its business philosophy, introduces mature environmental technology from Japan, and is mainly engaged in the design, production, construction, maintenance, management, and operation of waste, industrial waste, and sludge incineration power generation facilities and equipment. After completion, it is expected to achieve an annual business income of about RMB 440 million.

Mr. Kai Mayayuki , the director of Ebara Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. and chairman of Ebara Environmental Engineering (China) Co., Ltd. delivered a speech. He said, "After years of preparation, we finally chose to locate the Ebara Environmental Engineering New Factory Project in Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark (International Economic Cooperation Zone) . There are complete infrastructure facilities, convenient transportation, and efficient services here. I would like to extend my gratitude to the Management Committee of the park for the strong support and assistance provided for us in terms of project land use, approval, and other aspects. It only took 8 working days from land bidding to obtaining the construction permit. In the future, we will contribute to China's environmental cause with higher production capacity.

Ms. WANG Li said in her speech, "Ebara Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. has chosen Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark (International Economic Cooperation Zone) as its headquarters in China and set sail again, which fully reflects the support and trust of the project side to our park.
